課程概述

Connectivity is available to many schools in Taiwan,
especially in Taipei. The question is, are teachers and
students ready to explore the learning opportunities
brought forward by such technology? In this class, we will
be exploring together, the advantages and netiquettes of
using the Internet for education. Moreover, students in
this class will learn the basic Internet and WWW design
from hands-on projects. 

課程目標
The main purposes of the course is to help students understand the following:
1. How teachers use the web for teaching and learning
2. How to build a web to support instruction
3. How to build a mechanism to enhance sharing and communication 
課程要求
1. Useful website recommendation (10%)
Find and review 10 useful website for instruction and register them at the
DISED web.
2. Website review report (15%)
Review an instructional website and write a 3-4 page review report. It would
be better to find if there is any article written about the author, the site,
and the classroom experiences.
3. Peer-teaching of class topics (30%)
Choose a website construction topic, learn the techniques in advance from the
reference books, and teach the topic to the class.
4. Design and build a website for instruction (45%)
Design a website that facilitates the teaching of a subject to your future
students. Hosting site: http://www.education.ntu.edu.tw/wwwcourse/94_2/LessonX
Write an 800-word reflection about the web-building experience.
